The Audi TT is considered one of the most stylish cars in the world. It has now a new release version, which was inspired by Audi's legendary road-going rally car Quattro. This new version is now out in the market.
Like its forerunner, it has a turbocharged straight 5-cylinder engine just like the old Quattro but it has some new additions like the 2.5-liter TFSI unit that brags of a 340bhp compared to the 200 bhp of the genuine Quattro. The TT RS also features sports suspension, 4WD and large brakes all in one highly developed aluminum chassis.
For the Coupe, the common price ranges in £ 42,990 and for the Roadster edition the price about £ 44,900, the RS stands out from regular TTs for your buck and yet is cheaper than a Porsche Cayman. The package also includes sets of R8-style 18-inch metal alloys, large double chrome and front air intake exhausts. The TT RS also comes with fixed rear spoilers for your keen driver but there is also an option for a retractable version for those who want to be a little discrete.

The RS interior boasts of sports seats covered in leather called Silk Nappa, aluminum pedals and a sporty even-bottomed driving wheel with RS insignia. Fire up the ignition and the new engine lets loose a macho melody from the double exhausts. These features make it clear that this unit is special. If anything, the sound is more of a highlight; the lovely offbeat warble is reminiscent of the original Quattro. The only difference is that the RS's is supremely smooth. The RS also features a sport button that sharpens throttle and steering response and opens up the baffles in the exhausts. The result is ear splitting with even more bass at low-speed and a metallic ring at high-revs.
The RS exhibits amazing suppleness, thanks to the maximum torque of 450Nm that arrives from just 1,600-rpm directly to 5,300rpm. With 340 bhp allowed from 5,400 rpm o 6,700 rpm, it will be tempting to test the RS's top-end. Without a doubt, with a 0 to 62 mph time in 4.6 seconds and storming in-gear swiftness, it will feel like driving as fast as an R8 with a V8 engine.
Audi has also included their high-tech magnetic damping mechanism, which is an optional addition for those who are heavily concerned with riding comfort. With these, the TT RS will feel very firm on even on bumpy or swerving road. The 19-inch mags are also included in the extras so you can ride with style.
The TT RS hugs the ground hard around tight corners making it difficult to get near to its high limits. It might understeer a bit however; a push of the throttle will surely tighten its line safely. Unlike the R8 and the RS4, its four-wheel drive mechanism is not rear-biased. This gives the TT RS a more precise and heavier driving and though this might not appeal to some it is still hugely capable and highly desirable, it will still put a smile on your face.
